a) This peom is about seamus heaneys father digging.

b) The word that struck me were FATHER because he keeps refering too his father.

c) Seamus is different to his father because he wants to become famouse with a pen not a spade.

Seamus heany digging: about the poem.

1.At he beggining of the peom, seamus is sitting in his bedroom looking on at his father digging for patatos.

2.The sight of his father digging reminds him of 20 years ago.

3. Seamus also thinks about his granfather digging.

4. The moemory he thinks about is taking him milk and he drinks it off and carries on working.

5. seamus is going to use the skill of writing.
